This internet store was created by an earth traveler who yearned for a healthy stride without pain.   He tried various remedies to cure his aching feet and the discomfort in his hips and back caused by the foot misalignment.   Over the years the store purchased foot beds, arch supports and inserts either helped very little or not at all.   The very expensive custom made orthotics made by a foot doctor (podiatrist) worked OK for a while (could not wear them to play sports or get them wet) but not good enough and they did not last very long.

After many years hoping for a solution and then hours of research on the Web he discovered gold, the updated and improved pre-molded Alzner design arch support inserts (orhtotics).  He paid full price for them and was happy to do so. Substantial pain relief came within the first few days and continued to improve over the remainder of the foot adjustment period.

My pain relief is the catalyst of the creation of the My Healthy Foot online store.   I wanted to share the discovery of my pain relief and save my fellow earth travelers some hard earned dollars in the process.
