Occasionally there is a need to return the arch
supports for a different size. We will work with you until you have a proper
fit. My Healthy Foot
will pay for shipping to the customer.
The customer is responsible for returning the original product and must be
in resellable condition. Notify us prior to returning any products. The
orginal product must be returned within 14 days after receiving the
replacement product or the credit card will be billed the current listed price
for that product.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order after
the purchase is made by credit card and before the order is sent out, a 10%
fee is charged for credit card expenses and transaction handling.
If the customer wishes return the product within 3
days after receipt a 15% credit card fee plus shipping costs will be deducted.
The product must be returned in resellable condition. No returns on used
insoles cushions.
Replacement of products under Warranty:
Soft Natural -
Carries a six month warranty - $10 shipping and handling fee for replacement.
Winstep
- Carries a one year warranty - $10 shipping and handling fee for replacement.
Journey
- Carries a one year
warranty - $10 shipping and handling fee for replacement
Sundance - Carries a five
year warranty - $20 shipping and handling fee for the replacement.
All returns and
replacements must be preceeded by the customer notifing us via a phone call,
fax or e-mail of the desired exchange.
Replacement
under warranty will be made if the product structuraly fails and can no longer
provide it's intented benefits. The final decision for replacement is to be
made by My Healthy
Foot.
It is highly recommended when returning the
product to use a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking service. My
Healthy Foot not
responsible shipments sent by the customer that are loss in transit.
